Altered picture...would anyone have done this differently?

This is the first time I have tried this and I'm "pretty" much satisfied with the results...I welcome any hints for anything I could do to make it better. This young man divorced the woman in the first picture and his mother still wanted a picture of him and his kids...

Hi Maybee
You did a great job.
The only thing I would have changed is have Dad face the other way so he is looking more toward the photographer than the empty wall.

Maybee,
You did a terrific job.
The pics are a little small for me to examine, "lol" but looks A-1 OK.
Had the pictures been larger, I would have played with it putting his hand around her as another option.

WISH I KNEW HOW TO DO THAT, I KNOW IT CAN BE DONE WITH PAINT SHOP BUT HAVEN'T FIGURED OUT HOW TO DO IT YET.

Wow! I didn't even know you could even do anything like that! Cool....

It's just a matter of getting comfortable with layers so you can seperate things to work on before merging them together again and using the clone too to cover up what you don't want.

Here's a link to a tut that might help you with the process.

Sue :)

Here is a link that might be useful: removing objects
