Sorry,I guess I didn't give much info. I am trying to send jpg attachments through hotmail,and yahoo mail.After I send the attachment,I check my sent messages and they are also tall and skinny,so I don't think it is the recipients error. If anyone wants to receive an attachment from me to see what I mean,let me know.This is so mind boggling.

What if it's delivered? My daughter ordered one through wayfair, it came put together--thats why it was so heavy. Are you talking about vanities you order through Houzz? Would love some more info from you...
