Hi,
I am using MS Home Ed XP. IE7

How can I change a clipart jpg to gif format? Is there a simply way to do this without downloading anything? Thanks.

With your graphic open in PSP, when you go to File, Save As, in Save As Type box, click on the down arrow and choose the Windows or OS/2DIB(*.bmp).

PS
As I just read over on Computer Help, I am very curious as to why you DL'd Irfanview when you have PSP????
PSP does everything that I need and more without having to want Irvanview?.
