| I just discovered how great the custom paint brushes are.
I downloaded one today to the brush folder & did the file lacation bit & used it once. I can't find it no where now. Also there is a lot in the dropdown that I'll never use like some names. How & can I get rid of them? I don't see them in my brush folder. I have them in a folder on drive D In PSP stuff. I download everything for PSP to my D drive. Does anyone have any music sheet brushes? Now I have to learn how to make them & install them correctly. Ain't PSP fun.. LOL |

| Ooops it was a mask I was looking for & I found it. I just started playing with both so if U have any hints & advice please let me know. Still need to some how remove some brushes if I can. How many brushes can I have? I could get rid of about 1/2 I have. I guess they come with PSP. Dar |

| Sugar, make a new folder and move the unwanted brushes into the folder. That would be better than deleting them. Don't direct them to PSP, just keep them, you never know, you may need them them at some time. Some of them could effect the Brush Presets. If you find you need them you can put them back. I never remember which version you are using. The brushes that came with PSP would be in a folder on the hard drive under Program Files...Jasc Software Inc....Paint Shop Pro 8 (or whatever). Open that folder and find Brushes, open Brushes and move them from there. New ones that you have downloaded might be in 'My Documents' listed as 'MyPSP8 Files'....Brushes... I think you can have as many brushes as you want, too many will slow down PSP loading....I have a lot, with no problem. Joy |

| Joy I have both 7 & 8.1 but use 7 mostly. I don't add anything directly to PSP. I have both a C & D drive so as much as I can I use D. I still have lots of room on my drives. If I can identify them I'll move some from PSP & see what happens. I just got home so haven't looked to see what the are like. Thanks, Dar |
