| Hi Bev, I bought it a couple of years ago and don't remember any problems, but I don't remember last week either, so I'm not much help. Sorry. Just keep rattling their cage. I know many times when I've purchased software thru download it was handled by a third party. I don't remember if this was one, but if so the code could be coming from a different email address and I have sworn it never came when I had it all along, I just didn't recognize email. Did you get a receipt page to print out when you paid? Maybe there's a clue on that for who to contact. Jill |
