| Hi JoanMN Here is a link for a free program called PhotoFiltre. This has several filters for making pictures look like many different types of paintings. It also has excellent help and some good tutorials. Good graphics program Elly |

| Are you wanting something like FM Paint Engine? It's free. Scroll down to "Download Tile Tools, Paint Engine here" link. You can get painted looks with effects that are already in PSP, like this tut shows, or this one. Jill |
