Hi Everyone,
Does anyone here know how to achieve this picture technique? Look at this picture, this is what I would like. Wold some kind soul like to do this for me with two pictures? I want it for scrapbooking. I did private msg and email the person who did this pic but haven't heard anything from them, always offline. Thanks for reading.

This was done with what is called a scrap kit. The photo was inserted with a negative background the next layer added was the dancer in pink. What did you want done?
