lost pallets in PSP 8

I seldom use PSP 8 but found a tut that was for beginners so tried again but I have sure messed up. I have at least 2 problems which I know there is simple answer (I just don't know them) I have looked for answers & can't find them.

1- I moved the layer pallet to high up & lost part of it plus it goes clear across the screen.. How do I get it back to normal size & where it belongs?

2- In looking for the above I clicked something & now my color pallet on the right is gone..How do I get that back?

I DON'T LIKE PSP 8. I'm sure if I could learn it I would.

I feel like I have improved greatly in PSP 7.

Sugar, go to...

Click on: Default

That should bring every thing back to normal.

Thanks Joy.. it worked. I'm keeping all these tips on a disk.. that will go on it too. I knew there had to be a pretty simple answer.
