Laetitia, I am glad to hear you say that about ebay. It seems most iris people have a some what less than friendly view of ebay iris. I like you have had good results. You have to be careful and not get carried away. I have seen iris sell on ebay for more than Schreiner's prices. I have gotten some quality iris on ebay at great prices. Mostly I buy multi quantity lots because I have a lot space and this is where you can get the best price per rhizome when you add in the shipping. Ebay is like any other place, let the buyer beware. I actually enjoy waiting - it increases the suspense! One swap I waited three months for a package from Japan, and it was sooo worth it! These packages are very much like Christmas, and I guess they bring out the child in us at times! Normally, I would try to figure out which senders have had their packages received so that I could narrow my choices of which person is sending to me, but I've been a bit swamped with work lately (which is good, for a change). Nate, I am so sorry for your loss and everything that you are going through. I lost my 12 yr old Kevin 12/31/08. He hung himself trying to scare me, but it backfired. We had an argument before he did it and told me he was going to do it, but he said that "he was going to kill himself" every time he was mad. I thought he was just saying it to say it like he always did. I took my step daughter out to ride her bike, and I locked myself out of the house for 2 hours. My fiance came home early from work to let us in and then I found him on his closet door. He did it with shoelaces and they weren't around his neck. they were just under his chin, cover his arteries. He passes within 4 seconds the paramedics said. I understand your guilt and pain. It is not easy. I see a psychiatrist,go to group therapy, and I'm on medication. I could not get through this on my own. Maybe you should see a professional, just for now to help you through the greiving process. Its not easy. I also belong to another forum: www.otrib.com.
