| I have been trying to clear PSP8 registry by clicking on the icon at the same time hitting ctrl & Alt. Nothing happens, aren't they the right keys? I thought I would give it a try as my PSP is sooooo slow, and locks up a lot.

| OK I got it to work, and the box for Reset the Application came up. I checked all the boxes, checked ok. Then the four times I tried I got a script output unknown error occured with command reset app. Please help. Carol |
