Posting data tables on GW

Hi everyone.

I have been trying to post a table of data on GW so that we can discuss results contained in them but I have been unable to copy/paste or create usable tables on the GardenWeb. Does anyone know how to do this? I've tried creating a table as an Excel and Word file and but when I tried cutting and pasting from each of these programs to GardenWeb, the result was a garbled mess of numbers. I am not a computer expert and don't understand how to use HTML formatting so is there any hope for me?.

Thanks for any help anyone may have.

You have to UPLOAD your saved graphic file first, to an image hosting place like PhotoBucket to get it off your computer to the net.
Then you copy and paste the code it produces for you, to here.
