I'm impressed all to bits Hazel!!....lovely job!!... : )) I did the layers the same way you did....otherwise it got a little confusing....I also kept renaming my layers (1,2,3 etc) because I found my V8 would reverse the order of the layers when I duplicated them; it would put layer 9 at the top instead of layer 1...this way it was easier to keep them in order... Hello Jan, I am not very good at explaining things, I just do them and hope for the best. I can only tell you what I did, I don't know if it is the correct way, but it seemed to work. Here goes If you are using the swans brush provided for your inset, all I did in PSP with my finished tut completed inset and all, selected the white filled inset, then appled the swimming swans. If you want to animate, make a copy of your inset, prepare your little animation on it. Put your completed tut. in animation shop along with your prepared animation, then I copied and pasted it on to the white inset, you have to be careful putting it in, getting it even. Cheated, but it worked. If I am barking up the wrong tree here, please ask again, I wasn't exactly sure what you meant. Hazel.
