Great job Urlee, looks very 3d. If ya could I could use some help on this one. I use ver 9. Got to the part where you use the m wand to click on the rectangle layer, expand, the go to the background layer and hit the delete key. When I do this, my whole background pic disappears and I am left with just the promoted selection, the frame and a blank. Any idea on what I'm doing wrong? Thanks for your help. Deb |

Did you move your promoted layer to the top in the layer palette. Then click on the layer (middle, raster1) under that before you clicked with the magic wand?

Thanks for your help Urlee. Problem was I was clicking inside the rectangle instead of outside. It was too late and I was just too tired. Love this, thanks for sharing.
