Bringing pictures from one place to another

I have pictures in an album in my Kodak Easy Share system. I would like to take some of those pictures and put them in a Printmaster program. I have Printmaster 10 and also Printmaster 15. I just can't figure this out and I could use some help if anyone can. If you can I need simple step by step instructions. Thanks for any help you may be able to give me.

Perk,
I have PrintMaster Gold & Suite 7.0 Card software.
Is that what you are talking about.
Are you wanting to insert a picture from your album onto a card you are making?

That's about it. I want to take a picture out of my album and put the picture on a label in the Printmaster 10 orPrint Shop 15. I stated earlier that it was Printmaster 15 but it is Print shop instead. Thanks Urlee.
