Could someone tell me how to add snow to a picture.

Hello jojobee, I recommend you use Anfy 2.1 programme, its easy, and there are many more effects eg. lake, weather.Just type in your search bar Anfy 2.1, then you get your download page. Hope this helps.Smashing effects, takes a lot to beat this one.
