Yes in Internet Explorer when you open the Internet Options there is an area that says Temporary Internet Files where you can select to delete them and also set up some settings about them. That is the cache. In some cases when people say clear the cache they mean everything including, history, cookies, temp internet files, all that data. So it can depend on who is saying it. When I tell someone I mean specifically the temp internet files from the Internet Explorer options area. In firefox it says clear private info, when you go into settings you can put check marks in front of the items you want it to clear when you hit that clear button.

I can store them in online storage provided by Comcast my ISP. Photo bucket is another storage place, I also have one on Netscape. I upload it to one of those places. Open it up there, then copy the url of the page it is on and then you come back here and type img src="whatever copied info you have" but you must start and finish with does that make any sense?
