I couldn't get the underwater effect to work in animation for the puddles so just skipped that step and duplicate the puddle image so it had the same amount of frames as the monster.

Hi Sue,
I remembered it as being another "Cats" but it must be easy as you did it? "lol" *Urlee running*

Say, I don't mean to sound "ugly" but what do you say we do away with this "Day thing" for the title because I have a HARD time finding something done way back if it is labeled under a number?
I prefer the way we used to do it and put a name to it. OK?

But Fine, what if DD wanted to spend the holiday with you rather than have 'precious time' with her father? Then what, if you are putting her first? "I would insist on raising children to be independent, i'd rather they argue wiht parents, don't be obedient, be opinionated but be able to say honestly what they need." I totally agree, however some kids are emotionally punished when they say what they need because it doesn't fall in line with what one of their parents 'needs'. In a perfect world kids should be able to freely speak about their feelings and needs, but this world is far from perfect. One can certainly always do the right thing regardless of what others do. BUT - what if it's only right for the other parent? What if it isn't what the child wants, and certianly not something the other parent would do in return? Should it still be done? Nicksmom's SD as an example - SD doesn't want to go early and has spoke up to say so (to dad and SM) and Dad and SM don't want to to go earlier as it will be an additional cost they will have to cover to give mom what only she wants. What part of this sounds like the 'right' thing to do for anyone . . .other than mom??

arguta kiwi issai trellis construction

Hello all, i purchased two issai kiwi plants and one male to plant in october, but i have some questions about the trellis. I read in every place that the issai plant is way less vigorous than the other argutas so, what does that mean for the trellis? Do i make a smaller trellis, or a normal one but it simply will take longer to fill it? my options for the trellis are: - T trellis with 6ft tall, 10 to 16 ft between plants (10 or 16?) and 6 ft cross arm (3 ft for every side from the cordon) - Train the plants to a VSP with the two main cordons at 1,6 ft and the canes tied in a vertical way up to 5ft long (picture from other post...withtout conclusion) i prefer the vsp position since i have four varieties of passion fruit and they take a lot of space on the trelis, does anyone have experience with argutas especialy issais in this system?! other question and an important one, are argutas able to take full sun?!real full sun, not the far north sun. Temperature is not very high nor very low all year, but in the summer it's all day 79º in july and august with 90%plus humidity and the sun is just unbearable, at the point that my blueberries, passifloras mollissima and ligularis get completly toasted almost died and the passiflora edulis survive only 30% tosted... Sue, sorry to hear you hurt your knee. Though your story does make me feel better since I got a concussion on vacation riding a roller coaster...People have said to me since, "do you not think you are too old to be planning vacations around roller coasters?" and I am like "no, it would not have hurt me if I had not been so short." Age has nothing to do with it and I am glad that you are still going out rafting and having fun. I go rafting on the Ocoee River at least once every summer. If I were in your shoes right now, I would just be thankful it was not worse. The rapids and the rocks can be dangerous. Hopefully some physical therapy can fix your knee. Next time though, maybe you should just hang on while everyone else paddles LOL Remind me to tell you the story of my friend Karen rafting this summer. :)

Happy Birthday Linda! And a Happy Thanksgiving to you quilters up North! Its a 3 day weekend for me and I hope to finish the top on the fall quilt my niece requested. I ordered some Moda grunge in cream and wow...love this fabric, it's a beautiful blender. If I finish over the weekend, I'll post a pic. On the dark side , I need an intervention. I'm falling in love with Liberty fabrics; @ 9.00 for a quarter yd. it's not a fabric I can stash enmasse...I did pick up a quite a few fat 1/8's at half price...a lucky find, but oh dear...I fear I'm hooked...dreaming of patterns ...what should a quilter do? Help :-/ V.

Here's another suggestion. When a thread gets a lot of pictures it takes awhile for us on dial up to load. How about starting a new one with the original thread title and page 2 in the title after there are several pics in the original.

LOL, I have several sticky points with this tut.

First, once I do the highlighted eye, how do I get it into the animation. Whenever I save it, it does not ask to update the changes to AS.

Second, how do I make both animations the same size. My monster ani is too big for my puddles and stomps all over them.

Hi Buzzard - Don't save the highlighted eye in paintshop just close it & it will ask if you want to update the animation.

In animation shop open your monster.psp file. Highlight the 1st frame (puddles) copy and paste as NEW animation. It should now be the same size as the other frames but all by itself.

Clear as mud right?

Yep I agree with scraping the day and using a name instead - it will make it much easier to find things that are posted here and maybe those on dial up can decided when page 2 needs to be started as nothing is worst that waiting and waiting to see the creations.

LOL Urlee you can run but you can NOT hide as I know where you live!
