I couldn't get the underwater effect to work in animation for the puddles so just skipped that step and duplicate the puddle image so it had the same amount of frames as the monster.

Hi Sue,
I remembered it as being another "Cats" but it must be easy as you did it? "lol" *Urlee running*

Say, I don't mean to sound "ugly" but what do you say we do away with this "Day thing" for the title because I have a HARD time finding something done way back if it is labeled under a number?
I prefer the way we used to do it and put a name to it. OK?

I figured it's just nature man... It's companion tree for pollinating hasn't bloomed. I figure the freeze will knock off the flowers and it will go dormant again until spring. Then, maybe it will be tricked into trying again. I asked this question over at the fruit and orchard section, that's what they suggested. They also said cover it with a blanket but .... It's a big tree .... Just gonna let nature do its thing. Thanks though.

1. Starter's in general (and this is just a sweet, milk-based form of starter) are very forgiving. The yeast shouldn't die because of neglect for a day or two. I'd also bake on day 11; and the type of milk is not an issue. I only use whey-based milk substitute (powdered milk) when I make an occasional batch. 2. Some helpful hints... Source: Friendship Starters with Recipes - by Jackie Gannaway - Once the starter is well established, the feeding schedule can vary a little. You may want to adjust the schedule to a calendar -- feed on the fifth, tenth, fifteenth, twentieth, twenty-fifth, and thirieth days. Ignore the thirty-first day of a month and wait until the fifth of the next month to feed again. The established starter will do fine with this slight variation. - If you know you will be away or won't be baking for a month or more, you may freeze the starter in a plastic bag for up to 6 weeks. Don't feed it before freezing. After thawing, feed as usual and wait a few days for bubbles to form. indicating the yeast action is back to normal before using the starter. - The starter may die if kept in a drafty location or if the humidity is very high. If the starter is doughy or strong yeast odor, be safe and toss it. -For a stronger starter flavor, remove starter for baking before feeding. For a milder starter flavor, remove staarter after feeding. - If you don't need any starter for baking or giving, you may have to take some out and discard it. This way you will always have a manageable amount of fresh starter. -Grainlady

a/c causing this much water in basement?

I was all wrong. there is a floor drain that the condensate drain runs into. The drain is under the return air duct and the floor under there was very dirty so I couldn't even see the drain. My wife did a load of laundry last night and I went down to the basement to make sure it was still dry and low and behold there was water all over the basement again except this time it had lots of suds in it. Turns out my sewer drain was clogged and backflowing through that floor drain. I'm assuming that the water covering the condensate drain was keeping it from draining. Anyway I called a plumber and he came out this morning and cleaned my drain, and I'm having someone clean out my lagoon with a track hoe. Thanks

Sue, sorry to hear you hurt your knee. Though your story does make me feel better since I got a concussion on vacation riding a roller coaster...People have said to me since, "do you not think you are too old to be planning vacations around roller coasters?" and I am like "no, it would not have hurt me if I had not been so short." Age has nothing to do with it and I am glad that you are still going out rafting and having fun. I go rafting on the Ocoee River at least once every summer. If I were in your shoes right now, I would just be thankful it was not worse. The rapids and the rocks can be dangerous. Hopefully some physical therapy can fix your knee. Next time though, maybe you should just hang on while everyone else paddles LOL Remind me to tell you the story of my friend Karen rafting this summer. :)

Here's another suggestion. When a thread gets a lot of pictures it takes awhile for us on dial up to load. How about starting a new one with the original thread title and page 2 in the title after there are several pics in the original.

I am on dial-up too and was wondering when to do the switchover?

LOL, I have several sticky points with this tut.

First, once I do the highlighted eye, how do I get it into the animation. Whenever I save it, it does not ask to update the changes to AS.

Second, how do I make both animations the same size. My monster ani is too big for my puddles and stomps all over them.

Hi Buzzard - Don't save the highlighted eye in paintshop just close it & it will ask if you want to update the animation.

In animation shop open your monster.psp file. Highlight the 1st frame (puddles) copy and paste as NEW animation. It should now be the same size as the other frames but all by itself.

Clear as mud right?

Yep I agree with scraping the day and using a name instead - it will make it much easier to find things that are posted here and maybe those on dial up can decided when page 2 needs to be started as nothing is worst that waiting and waiting to see the creations.

LOL Urlee you can run but you can NOT hide as I know where you live!
