adding a name to a graphic

| I don't have PSP but wondered if I have a graphic can I somehow add my name to it?

YES.
Open up your "Paint" program.
Go to File to locate your graphic. Click on the very bottom colored box in the left column so your name will not wash out the graphic.
Click on the A and type your name.
Then save it.
