Help installing PSP 8

I had to put in a new harddrive so having to install all my programs again.
I can't get PSP 8 to start installing.. I even went to add & remove & tried installing. I was asked for the *command line for instalation* I don't know what to put there. I have installed this before so don't know what I am doing wrong. I just hope someone can help me get it installed.

We aren't ignoring you, it's just I don't know the answer to that one?
Is it that when you slip the disc in, it isn't set to "auto run?"
Can you click on your drive to get it going?
You can also click on RUN and type in the needed info.

I should have posted that I got it installed but haven't had time to do much playing at all. I have been busy putting my computer back together..getting my apt like I want it & getting ready to go to VA for 3 weeks leaving in the morning (better than no excuse LOL) There is lots going on here so I stay a pretty busy now. It sure is different than living in the boonies of north Florida. I went inside of the file on drive C looking & there I found an install icon. That worked for me. I never know what info to put in RUN to start a program unless it tells me & this didn't. Thanks for the responce,
