New Computer soon

Hello all
I know it's been quite some time since I've done anything on here..I ordered my new computer about a week ago. I should be getting it sometime this week. It's a Dell with all the Bells and Whistles I could think of. I hope it will be a good computer. I've never had a Dell. I've heard many different comments on them. Some people are really happy with theirs and it seems like others have had nothing but trouble with them. I will keep my fingers crossed and hope I'm one of the lucky ones. I have a friend who works at Boeing. He has a computer job..He's pretty good so he is going to set it all up for me as I am not realy good at that..Anyhow..wish me luck. Hopefully, I will be back and going strong soon...I've really missed being in here and doing things.

For someone getting a new computer,(no opologies)it wasn't long enough!
So happy for you. Now you are in your glory.
I really think no matter what kind (make) it is a gamble.
It boils down to what features and what you like (in my case) the looks of.
How big a drive?
How much memory?
What kind of burner?

| We'll welcome you back when you get the new machine - bet you can't wait. It's got to be the best gift to ourselves when we buy a new one. I got mine in the spring - a laptop, and I'm thrilled to death with it. Tell us all about it when you get it and we'll understand. Elaine |

Do you people realize that this is ONE toy that doesn't get shoved in the closet?

Oh yes Urlee........I realize for sure. Now - does my husband realize? He should - he's always complaining about the amount of time I spend on here - but it keeps us out of the local bars, doesn't it?

| You'll love it once you get things figured out where they are located......we don't realize how "comfortable" our old comps are until we get a new one....lol.... Don't give up on it....it will take a while & we've all been there.....* G *.... FlutteringBy |
