If you are familiar with the deformation tool this one is for you. I am totally lost with this tool.Four attempts, not a hard tut,not many layers, easy to follow, but this tool and me just don't get on.
Here's my attempt.

That is just beautiful Hazel...
I hate the deformation tool, although I'm told it is easier to use in the later versions of PSP - well, I have X and I still can't master it!
