That really is pretty Teri, do you have the link for the tut?
Carol

RE: Day 67

Carol, here is the link. I like this tutorial because it gives me a little lift after so many days of rain.

Here is a link that might be useful: rainy afternoon

Ok, looked much simpler than it was, of course that is coming from a simple minded person! Finally after figuring out how to import brushes into PSP9 (1hr.) Here it is.

Come on girls, give it a try.

RE: Day 67

Thanks Teri. I really like this one.
Thanks also to Amy for explaining how to export brushes.I had to use psp8 as version 7 wouldn't open them.

RE: Day 67

Anyone care to explain how to get those brushes to show up in version 8?
Judy

RE: Day 67

Hi Judy
Once you've unzipped everything to a fill you open the brushes as if they were normal pictures in version 8 ( I just did a browse to get them to show up then double click to open)

Once they are on your screen go to FILE - Export - Custom brush.
Give them a name.
Close Paintshop
When you restart it the brushes will be there under your custom brush settings.

Hope this helps
Sue :)

RE: Day 67

Isn't it funny how easy something is once you know how to do it? haha
Thanks Sue.

RE: Day 67

So glad I wasn't the only one to have that problem. But mine was in PSP9.

RE: Day 67

Here's my shot at it. Oops. I thought I had made it smaller!

RE: Day 67

Very nice Judy.
I like that you changed the verse too and added a border.
Great work
Sue :)

RE: Day 67

Whew! Catching up?
For all concerned, in PSPX I didn't have to close and reopen when I exported the brushes. "Ain't that nice?"
Yay for X? :)
Another poorly written tute as I've come to know!
Such grammer! Guessing game when there's NO periods.
I think there was a step left out too!
