Redi Shades - Frugal Bonanza Score

In the 'Window Film' thread some one suggested Redi Shades. These are pleated shades that have a peel and stick backing. No mounting hardware is required.

I wanted to get some. They were not expensive, only $12.95 for a set of four. I went to Home Depot and found they were on sale a set of four was $5. :doing happy dance:

I needed to figure out a solution for the slider window and am going to use these Redi Shades on all my kitchen windows for now.

I stocked up and got enough to do all the attic windows and 'back-ups' in case some get ripped or water stained.

I used these when we moved into our new home in May, until the Levolors arrived. They are easy to cut-to-size, but something of a pain when you want to put them up and down. They sure looked a lot better than having a bunch of sheets on the windows. I got mine at Target for $2.25 each, on sale, so you REALLY got a bargain. Way to go!
