Does anyone keep a price book?

I'm trying to get into doing one, but it's hard. I have noticed that Publix runs specials in cycles, especially the BOGO's. I've been living on BOGO's and loss leaders lately. I stockpile when they're on sale, and build menus around what I have on hand. I find that doing it that way has cut my grocery bill way back. I used to spend about $80 a week on food just for me, and now it's more like $35-40, and I'd like to cut even that down.

Working full time doesn't give me much time to cook and store, and besides, my freezer is tiny, and right now, it's full of meat specials! LOL
