This site is full of great checklists that you can printout or save to your computer
Click on the Internet Tracker Checklist to keep track of all your sign-ons and passwords.
There are some great inventory lists too.
Hope you find something here and it's free

RE: Keeping track

I may be willing to put some of my usernames and passwords on some location in cyberspace whose pedigree I don't know anything about ... the unimportant ones.

But for a number of them, I don't even keep them on my own hard drive, as my computer is rather old and I don't have a firewall on it. I suspect that I have virus/trojan horse or something undesirable here, that my virus-killer wasn't able to handle.

They're on paper in a ring binder here at my desk.

I expect that Yahoo! is fairly secure, but won't keep email address list there, as a spy may enter them when I log on.

RE: Keeping track

I have downloaded the blank form to my computer and have some on the hard drive and others I just write by hand on it and keep it under my blotter
