Bounce fabric softener sheets in the roses to ward off Japanese b
Comments (9)How about when it's a beautiful day out and your neighbor down the way decides it's a great day to burn that ginormous pile of green wood he's got in his backyard! And the wind is blowing right your way.... I have one of those guys that does this at least once a week - drives me up the wall. One time I noticed that (for once) it was blowing straight in HIS house and I was sooo happy I did a little happy dance right there in my yard! Sorry to be hijacking the thread about Bounce! I would probably hang dryer sheets from my roses if I thought it would keep certain bugs away (but it would probably keep ALL of them away, I imagine). Comments (80)No, but I once had a party where the guests (by their own design) removed their shoes. The following day I had several callers saying their feet had swollen from something they consumed at my party while a few others called to say that something they ate had caused their feet to shrink. We had a helluva time getting everybody's shoes back to their rightful owners. Whew! And I thought (for one small moment) I was going to be sued, for one small moment, for the dips and chips that had caused edema to occur bordering on kidney or heart failure. Just that everyone mixed up shoes if they were same or similar shoes in color, style, etc. It was the sangria, no doubt. Oh, yeah as a PS, all the women had their rightful shoes; it was the men; the men; the men who had picked the wrong shoes. Wouldn't ya just know....See MoreDo you iron your bed sheets?
Comments (68)I iron my top sheets and pillow cases. Any wrinkles in the fitted bottom sheet come out when you put it on the bed. I have tried to buy iron-free sheets but they are usually sateen sheets and even though they are 100% cotton, my husband and I don't like the feel of them. We like crisp, fairly heavy sheets and they are hard to find, especially if one's on a budget. I have one perfect set and 3 other not so perfect sets in addition to sets that have gone to Goodwill because we hated them....See MorePercale Sheets 15% off
Comments (6)I buy mine from a retailer here who makes them from Italian woven Egyptian cotton. They always list the thread count. A 220 is going to feel totally different from a 410. Not that I imagine these are higher but I'd want to know they were at least 200. I prefer around a 220 for crispness. White is sold out though so that rules me out....See Morewjswecampbell
