Onesuite Question

| I have Onesuite and I love it. Customer Service is so bad though. I have been trying for 3 weeks to sign my sister up for it. She does not have a computer. I have called numerous times but can never understand anyone who ever answers. I could spend hours saying huh? Emailing customer service is a real joke. So far I have 12 emails that say they will get back to me in 24 - 48 hours. This started 3 weeks ago. For being a great phone company I can't believe how bad their CS is and I've dealt with some really bad ones but Onesuite tops them all.
Has anyone used refer a friend who doesn't have a computer and if so how. Thanks. |

| Couldn't you just set up a free email account for her and use that to establish an account? She'd never even have to use it. You could buy the time for her and let her pay you back. For that matter, you could just share your own time with her. I did that with my sister and some friends for years. |
