Found a new cookbook out by Jean Pare

| I'm not sure if it is available stateside....anyway it is called Recipes for leftovers and contains a good supply of ideas for the use of small amounts of leftovers. Now some are your standby fare....but others are new (at least to me)..some I can definately see using as a springboard to create a similar dish with what I happen to have on hand. It was on sale for $8.00...by the way...just in case you are at a loss with what to do with your bits and pieces. No I don't get any cut on this...just thought someone might be interested. |
