I want to remove the very stuck-on labels from plastic medicine bottles in order to donate them to a clinic. Does anyone know how to remove them?

The trick is heating the glue. I fill them with boiling water and then soak the full bottle in hot water. That usually loosens most of the label. Then I throw it in the dishwasher.I always have to retrieve the rest of the label from the bottom of the dishwasher, but this method works. For small price tag labels use oil, dusting polish or GOO B Gone to dissolve the sticky label. Good luck, Sandy

Heat from a hair dryer will remove most sticky things but I prefer to use goo gone - it works wonders!
