RE: Lose tea Leaves

I drink a lot of tea - starting with hot tea in the morning, iced tea all day/evening and ending with a hot cup before bed. I don't care for flavored tea (except when I'm suffering from a sore throat and my mostly sugar instant spiced tea is needed). I buy Lose Lipton Tea Leaves at my local (small town) IGA for $4.79 @ 8 oz. I have also found it at a nearby Dillions and at an area Walmart. One box lasts a long time, as I use about a heaping teaspoon for each pot of hot water.

One teaspoon per pot? That's what I use per cup.
But I don't know where to buy it cheap.

We buy loose tea (not Lipton though) from a local mom and pop coffee shop. We generally purchase a 1/4 pound at a time, price varies according to the price of tea but it is absolutely wonderful and generally beats the price of tea bags (again, not Lipton's prices).

Lipton Loose Tea can be obtained from Amazon.com and eBay. It really is hard to find in stores.
