| I want to thank you all for the many responses to my many posts. I finally made a decision to get a gunstock floor. I find the gunstock to be the most neutral color for my house which I like. I have seen it many times but am still having anxiety which is raising my blood pressure and I'm thinking of backing out.
The nature of wood is to have varying designs. I expect when it is down, it'll be fine but am concerned that the varying designs will drive me crazy. Worse case is if I'm really unhappy I'll change it again and it's only a monetary expense but would prefer not for that to happen. If a floor seems to strong, what are options and has anyone ever experienced anxiety over a flooring decision. Thanks.
