| I was wondering if any of you may have legal business knowledge. My son started a flooring business under his name, but he is going to be in partnership with their store, in the partner's name. The store has the company name. What negative legal ramifications could this involve, and what should my son do to protect himself? They have a lot of commercial business such as hotels, churches etc. as well as residential, but they want the store also, to generate more residential business and, of course, to sell the materials.
Your input would greatly be appreciated. Lulie in LA |
