| I made it...I'm 65 today and we are just a little over a month away from retirment...you guys pray I don't drop dead the way so many folks do as soon as they retire...I want a little time to enjoy... |

| Congratulations, BigMama! Wishing you many, MANY years of healty & happy retirement life! I'm fortunate enough to be able to retire when I'm 55, which I'll be in July 2005. DH & I retire the end of 2005, and will be moving to Central FL. A guy we worked with, who retired 12/2001, died this past weekend at the age of 57!!!!!!! |

| Good for you BigMama! I retired 2 years ago at age 58. And Dh retired 1 year ago at 60. We love it. Keep busy,but not to busy. Enjoy life and don't worry about anything. Eat right and exercise. Do things that make you happy. The rest of your life is your own. So enjoy! |

| Congrats, Big Mama, and I offer my hope that you have many healthy years to enjoy it (and prosperous). I hope that you have a number of interests to pursue to keep you busy. As I said a while ago - sometimes we hear, "Use it or lose it", and we know that if we are confined to bed for several days, it's a bit hard to walk when we get on the floor again. It seems to me that muscles, our body and mind and spirit need exercise to keep active and healthy. As a number of our communities have deteriorated somewhat in recent years, I hope that you will use some of your free time to help build a healthier, happier more kindly commuity. And nation, and world - as there are lots of problems there, as well. Good wishes for the days ahead. ole joyful (more or less retired, now at 75 and holding) Actually, old Col. Sanders never retired, did he? But he was doing something that he loved. And - he was his own boss. oj |
