Living Trust - Do You Have to 'Register Them?'

I used a "How To" book and made my self a Living Trust, notarized, and registered with my mutual fund companies. Do these things need to be registered in the Court House???

You need to check to see what is needed in your particular state. You may even have some county regulations to follow.
