Living Trust - Do You Have to 'Register Them?'

| I used a "How To" book and made my self a Living Trust, notarized, and registered with my mutual fund companies. Do these things need to be registered in the Court House??? |

| You need to check to see what is needed in your particular state. You may even have some county regulations to follow. |
