Gap Between Counter and Wall

I recently moved into a new house and just noticed (hello???) that there's a 1/2" gap between the kitchen counter and the back wall. This is not very apparent or visible at all.

The counter is tiled in 12" stone tiles with an oak frame around the front and the sides. The grout is dark brown which is probably why I didn't notice the gap. I'm guessing that the standard 25" counter depth was a little short even with the grout between the tiles and the frame. Luckily, I haven't spilled anything yet on the counter because it would be a disaster running down the back of the base cabinets.

How do I fix this? More grout back there? But there's no support. A piece of wood molding stained to match the frame? But what kind of molding? Any other ideas?
