we have a double metal front door, with a double glass insert and side lites. The trim around the glass is rotting and pulling away from the glass. We were told if we had the " # " of the door we could order replacement molding. Our attempts to replace the trim has not met with success. any suggestions?

Did you look on the hinge side of either door? Some mfgr's have info there. If not, sending a picture to the mfgr might help.
