Hello,

I have a laundry room (6 x 8 square feet) on the second floor of my home. The room has a sink that over flooded. The water was not long on the floor, maybe about 15-20 minutes on the floor, but about 1/8 inch deep of water. The floor is vinyl, with painted wood modeling. There is a wood cabinet in the room with the washer and dryer. I did not see any water drip below. Right below the laundry room on the first floor there is some light fixtures and a smoke detector. There was no water coming through these. The plaster board on the ceiling was OK, with no signs of water. This incident happened on Sunday, November 25, 2012. Some water likely got between the modeling and leaked between the floor boards, but I have not seen any water damage yet. Should I be concerned? Anything I can do?
