| They are here and taking the shrubs/bushes out...
How do I keep them alive for a week? Is there a way to save them? They won't be back for 1 week. |
Follow-Up Postings:

| Foundation repairmen taking the shrubs/bushes out or a gardener? if the former, adios bushes/shrubs, if the latter, they should be taken care of (if the gardener is responsible). |
|
| If the plants were carefully dug up so that there was minimal damage to the roots, I'd try replanting them in a temporary location or at least covering the roots in a soil/compost mixture that is kept damp with periodic watering, making sure there are no air pockets. When replanting, a little plant food should also help. Damage to the finest roots will impair their recovery. Too much damage and they may not recover. |
