Grout stain?

We moved into our house a little over a year ago-new construction. These are peacock pavers. They have looked like this since Day 1. :-/ we've ruled out iron stains as these look different and don't respond to the highly effective solvent we have used on other iron stains. The stains seem to follow the grout lines. Does anyone know how to remove these?
