Looking for a narrow soffit vent for bathroom fan

My bathroom fan is vented straight to the attic. There's no mold there, but I'd like to properly vent it out the soffit. However the soffit is quite narrow, about 5". Anyone know of a kit to put in a narrow vent that'll connect up to a standard piece of ducting?

If the soffit is that narrow I don't think you'll be able to access the angle of the rafters in order to install a vent, an elbow, and the duct pipe.
I'm assuming this soffit is vented? If so, any moisture that exits your exhaust pipe will be drawn back into the attic along with the fresh air the vents pull in.

As the link below explains, the best solution for you will probably be to install the vent thru the roof.

Here is a link that might be useful: venting
