Need help with my Gate Opener problem

I have this gate for about 3 months. It has been having problem with high pitched noise coming out and the pin lock got jammed and unremovable. I am new having gate, and don't know what is made of it. Can someone please help? Right now the power has been turned off and I manually open the pin lock in and out. What a hassle. It's a GTO 2002xls dual gate openers by the way.

I did. the installer said we should call the manufacturer.

wow...I wouldn't use that install company ever again..
poor service..
