| Hi there,
One of my Sears craftsman garage door openers is on battery backup which confuses me as the other one is NOT. How can I fix this? Thank you, Barbara |

| Battery backup would seem to indicate power failure. Is the receptacle it is plugged into working. Use an extension cord and plug the opener into a known working receptacle. |
