"This sink is undermount and is attached with silicone."

Who did this hack job last time?

Silicone is used to seal the sink to the counter to prevent water intrusion, it is NOT used to mount the sink tp the counter.

You can use an old kitchen knife to work into the joint between the sink and the counter.
