Help with squeaky door hinges

I looked up how to lube a squeaky door hinge (by exposing the hinge pin with a screwdriver and hammer) but when I looked at my door it has some other kind of hinge.

The top and bottom pins appear flush with the rest of it and has a small screw to the side with a hole for an Allen wrench. Pic attached. The middle hinge doesn't even have that.

So how do I fix a squeaky door like this?

The hinges are NRP, non removable pin, and are used, in residential applications, as a deterrent to forced entry when the door swings out.

To lube, remove the set screw, drive the hinge pin up with a hammer and nail set, lube with faucet lube, plumbers waterproof grease, and reset.

that makes sense, because it's the interior door to the garage.

I think I get it. Of course, I don't have a nail. (a 6D finishing nail according to the Interwebz?) Now I'll have to go to the hardware store and buy. A. Nail. lol!

No, now I don't think I can do this by myself.

I managed to remove the set pin on the bottom hinge and get the pin slightly depressed and put lube in it. . . but now I cannot get it back up and cannot reinsert the set pin.

Sometimes it helps to open the door slightly, which relieves some pressure on the pin created by the doors fit in the closed position.
You may also have to lift the door slightly or pry it slightly, to realign.
