| I have a McCullough 2.0 chain saw that has an automatic oiling system. When I put the chain saw in it's case after use, I find that the oil leaks out of the saw into the case. Any ideas as to what is wrong? |

| It's normal for a small amount of bar oil to leak out after use when stored as the oil collects around the rear sprocket/gear in the housing, and unless you immediately pull the cover and wipe it out, it will seep a little of what's been built up in there. If your leak is more than that and excessive, I would contact a McCullough dealer and get thei take on it as it could be a faulty seal. |
