| The grout on my tile floors is really dark and discoloured. I cleaned a section, re-sealed, twice and hoped that was it. I went to mop today (about 4 days after sealing) and find the grout is darkening when water is applied. Does this mean it hasn't sealed properly? Thanks. |

| It is pretty hard to make a sealant that can exclude water, especially long term when subject to wear. At best most sealants can only slow the movement of water and reduce the amount that gets in while the water is present. |
