Ceiling Crack

A few months ago I completely remodeled a bedroom, which including repairing some drywall blemishes like loose tape and screwing in popped screws. I just noticed a 2 ft long crooked crack on the ceiling and have never seen a crack like that before. Above this room is another bedroom. I've seen straight cracks along tape but never a crooked crack like this. What could this be caused by?
