How do I cut through a metal post embedded in cement?

Hello, we have a metal (iron) pipe that has been embedded in cement with about 2 feet sticking up. I was wondering how I could cut the 2 feet of metal off? There is cement inside the pipe also.

Use any metal cutting instrument to cut the metal through and unless there is also a rebar in the concrete it will break off.
