| Hello,
We bought a house Brand New about 2yrs back...... and now we come to know its not level. What should we do?? We paid close to 275,000 for the house.....will the house value drop because its not level? The company that built the house told us that they can inject something in the ground and try to make it level. Do Yall think we should go with that or should we take another route....or should we go legal way and talk to a lawyer. Any suggestions will be really appreciated. thanks |

| How uneven is it? Is it getting worse? Are cracks developing in the walls? I would think that it was level when you bought it, but is settling unevenly. Unless the cause of the settling is addressed, 'injecting something' could be a temporary bandaid. I'd look for a lawyer. The house may even need to be razed if built on unstable ground. |

| We really need more information like what do you notice happening. |

| you can talk to lawyers. Injecting something will not level the house permanently at all, in turn it will damage the house.any small mistake can decrease the age of house. |
